Three main ideas, that combine and complete each other, stand in the base of the plan:
Community: strengthening community functions, creating meeting places and activity options for varies clientele.
Ecology: sustainable gardening, illustrating and intensifying natural phenomenon's in the city.
Story: the "Haskalah" movement is a constitutive phenomenon in the modern, cultural, Jewish history. From this movement grew the roots of the first Hebrew city.
